افتح التطبيق ← الإعدادات ← مسح الحساب، ثم أكّد. يتم المسح فوراً.
بدون التطبيق: أرسل طلباً بالبريد
أرسل رسالة من نفس البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل في التطبيق إلى:
contact@unitedsuppliersoman.com
واكتب في الموضوع: طلب مسح الحساب.
إرسال طلب المسحنتأكد أن الطلب من صاحب الحساب، وننفّذه خلال 30 يوماً، ونرسل لك تأكيداً.
ما الذي يُمسح؟
- صاحب النشاط: الحساب، والنشاط بالكامل: الفواتير وعروض الأسعار والمشتريات والدفعات والأصناف والعملاء والموردون والشعار والتوقيع والختم، وحسابات الموظفين في هذا النشاط.
- الموظف: حسابه هو فقط. بيانات النشاط تبقى لصاحب النشاط.
- قد تبقى نسخ احتياطية تقنية لدى مزوّد الخدمة مدة لا تتجاوز 30 يوماً، ثم تُحذف تلقائياً.
قبل المسح: يمكنك تنزيل نسخة كاملة من بياناتك من داخل التطبيق (الإعدادات ← تنزيل نسخة من بياناتك)، لأن المسح نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.
الاشتراك: مسح الحساب لا يلغي اشتراك Google Play تلقائياً. ألغِه من Google Play ← الاشتراكات.
Delete your account and data

Fastest: from inside the app
Open the app → Settings → Delete account, then confirm. Deletion happens immediately.
Without the app: send an email request
Send an email from the same email address you use in the app to:
contact@unitedsuppliersoman.com
with the subject Delete my account.
Send deletion requestWe verify the request comes from the account owner, complete it within 30 days, and send you a confirmation.
What is deleted?
- Business owner: the account and the whole business: invoices, quotes, purchases, payments, items, customers, suppliers, logo, signature and stamp, and the staff accounts of that business.
- Staff member: only their own account. The business data stays with the owner.
- Technical backups kept by our service provider may remain for up to 30 days, then are deleted automatically.
Before deleting: you can download a full copy of your data from inside the app (Settings → Download a copy of your data), because deletion is permanent.
Subscription: deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Subscriptions.
